I am an artist from the North East of Scotland, specialising in fine art and illustration.

I work primarily in ink, watercolour and pencils, but I also work with charcoal and pastels.  I enjoy making art that relates to a narrative and am inspired by places and the mythologies that surround them – especially when linked to history. I am fascinated by the ways in which past and present intertwines in a place, and want to explore this idea further in my work.

I studied Fine Art Painting at Gray's School of Art, Aberdeen, graduating with a 1st class BA Hons degree.

I have recently completed a postgraduate Master of Fine Art (MFA) degree in Illustration at Edinburgh College of Art (Edinburgh University).
